Shipping methods
The stated delivery time applies after order confirmation. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Items with different delivery times will be shipped together. The longer delivery time applies here.

Shipping is free within Germany and the EU for orders over 20 EUR. The amount required for free shipping is always measured in euros and is therefore dependent on the current daily exchange rate when converted to other currencies.
After the order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic email from DHL or DHL Express with your shipment tracking. Please note that we have no influence on customs clearance procedures and other processes that may result in a delivery delay.
